At The Cm Property Grp, we understand being a landlord can be stressful. All though issues are rare we recognise they do happen. So were here to make your life as easy as possible. We do this by implementing various safeguarding measures to our properties to put your mind and ours at ease.

Minut: Minut is a sensor that allows us to oversee the activity in the apartment without using intrusive cameras. Minut is able to tell us how many people are in the apartment, the noise levels and if anyone is smoking. Allowing us to take the necessary action to rectify problems if necessary.

Professional Cleaning: Unlike normal tenants after each visit all of our apartments are professionally cleaned insuring they stay in top condition.

In Person Hand Over: Before every stay we meet our clients in person insuring they are using the apartment for the agreed purpose.

Smoking Fines: If anyone does decide to smoke in one of our apartments, we do issue smoking fines to deter clients from doing so. We do this by using minuts built in smoke detection feature. We are able to determin the exact time of the incident down to the minute.
